I love kids, teens, young adults, parents, and families to walk with them through every stage and situation life may bring. This includes, but is not limited to, anxiety, phobias, trauma, health changes, depression, grief, parenting challenges, career changes, etc. Whatever your mental health needs are we can figure it out together!

During my internship, I provided counseling services to young adult students at Samford University and children and adolescents with severe mental illness at Hill Crest Behavioral Health.

I have an Associate of Arts in Religion (2018), a Bachelor’s in Psychology with Military Resilience (2020), and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling all from Liberty University (2023). As I have an Associate Counseling License (ALC), I am under the supervision of Megan Campbell LPC-S.

I am a proud mother of three and have been married to my Navy veteran husband for 14 years. As a family, we just love quality time together, especially when the business of life makes that difficult! Our favorite things to do are performing/enjoying music, being in nature, worshiping together, traveling (especially to Disney World), doing anything crafty, and cheering on the Tide!

"The autonomy and care of my clients are of the highest importance to me! I want each person to feel that although therapy is not the magic wand to everything they are going through, they will at minimum have felt seen, heard, and respected throughout the entirety of our time together—without judgment or shame. I also hope that they leave with a better sense of confidence, love, and respect for the amazing person God made them to be!"
