Carol Grace has a deep passion for supporting her clients through trauma-informed therapy, helping them feel safe, understood, and empowered on their journey to healing. She also draws on cognitive-behavioral approaches to guide clients in building practical skills and strategies to navigate life’s challenges. Additionally, she finds great fulfillment in family counseling, helping families strengthen connections, improve communication, and foster understanding across generations.
Experience & Education:
Before joining the Noonday team, Carol Grace gained valuable experience as a counseling intern, providing compassionate support to individuals navigating a variety of life challenges and emotional struggles. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Development from Auburn University and went on to receive her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health from Jacksonville State University. Currently, she is expanding her expertise through EMDR training with a focus on performance enhancement.
Personal:
In her personal life, Carol Grace enjoys spending time with her family and her two dogs. She loves staying active through outdoor activities, fitness, and running, which she finds both energizing and grounding.
