Areas of Professional Interest

Trauma-informed therapy, cognitive-behavioral approaches, and family counseling are areas of special interest to Carol Grace.


Before joining the Noonday staff, Carol Grace worked as a counseling intern providing support to individuals facing various life challenges and emotional struggles.


Carol Grace earned a bachelor’s degree in Human Development from Auburn University. She graduated with her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health from Jacksonville State University. She is participating in EMDR training with a focus in performance enhancement.


In her personal life, Carol Grace enjoys spending time with her family and her two dogs. She enjoys participating in outdoor activities and Crossfit.
