Sarah Beth enjoys working with clients of all ages. She uses creative, evidence-based techniques to help clients process emotions and build resilience. She often supports clients navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, and life transitions. She is especially interested in how the brain and body work together, seeing it as a reflection of God’s intentional design for each person.
Experience and Education:
Sarah Beth has worked in both nonprofit and private practice settings, providing counseling to clients in a variety of life stages. She brings a compassionate and grounded presence to each session. Sarah Beth earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Montevallo. She is an Associate Licensed Counselor and a National Certified Counselor. She is trained in Brainspotting, a brain-body approach that helps clients process trauma and access deeper emotional healing. She has also completed adoption-informed therapy training, including Brainspotting for adoption.
Personal:
Sarah Beth loves spending time with her dog, Honey, who is her pride and joy. She enjoys visiting Disney World, exploring new coffee shops, and spending time with family and friends.
